Zlatý kopec residential complex:
The residential complex has been drawn up so that it looks like a little town with assorted buildings. For aesthetic reasons, the architectonic design has planed for nine types of two to four-storied buildings with housing units, garages or outdoor parking spaces. The project also comprises a recreational area (e. g. a playground) and ample verdure. In the centre of the residential complex, a court has been designed. Occupants will find here a service providing facility.

The housing development process has been phased into several stages. The first one represents about 125 apartments. Sale has been already opened in the H and I-type houses. Shortly, it will also start in the F-type building. Some of the ground floor apartments will have a front garden; apartments in other floors will be equipped with a balcony.
