location

The Přezletice village is located in close vicinity to the Prague district called Vinoř, at the edge of the fruitful Elbe lowlands. The Ctěnický Stream flows through this area.

Rare findings of relics belonging to the oldest European human being come from the Přezletice neighbourhood. The man lived here 700.000 years ago. This area is called “Zlatý kopec” (the Golden Hill). Consequently, the housing development project is situated in a locality where a man has repeatedly looked for safety and harbour.

Nowadays, the Zlatý kopec residential complex represents quiet living in verdure but still close to the city. The capital limits are just 300 m away and the local council has been currently considering the idea of uniting the village with Prague. Transport connection is provided by bus to the Letňany metro stations.

Amenities (a kindergarten, elementary school, health centre, chemist’s, shops, restaurants, hairdresser’s, beauty parlour etc.) are at disposal in the centre of Vinoř. Nearby shopping centres in Černý most and Letňany provide for possibilities of larger shopping or cinema going in local entertainment multiplexes. Places inviting for relaxation and family walks, and offering sources of new knowledge are:

  • The Vinoř National Park, Ctěnický Grove, Ctěnický Castle, Jenštejn Castle
  • Horse rides
  • Amenity surroundings are also suitable for bike trips.
